See Why Brighton’s Interest In Levi Colwill Might Affect Chelsea’s Chance Of Signing Caicedo This Summer
Brighton and Hove Albion has a strong intention of signing English Defender Levi Colwill from Chelsea this summer. []
The Seagulls want to keep the Cobham Academy graduate in the team after he helped them to qualify for the UEFA Europa League last season but Chelsea has made it known that they want to keep Levi Colwill and he’s not for sale.
Brighton and Hove Albion have already offered Chelsea £30million but the West London club rejected it.
Fabrizio Romano reported on Tuesday evening that the Seagulls are preparing to offer their club record fee of £40million to Chelsea in the next few days to sign Levi Colwill from the West London club this summer. []
The feeling is that Chelsea is also going to reject that fee but, it could cost the West London club Moises Caicedo this summer. Chelsea wants to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton and Hove Albion this summer. The Ecuadorian Midfielder is also wanted by Arsenal and Manchester United but, Chelsea has made him their priority.
Chelsea can’t afford to be rude to Brighton and Hove Albion despite the fact that the West London club has made it obvious in the past that they are not going to sell Levi Colwill to them or else, the Seagulls could get back to Chelsea by selling Moises Caicedo to their local rival Arsenal or league rival Manchester United.
Chelsea can’t also afford to lose Moises Caicedo because they have already missed out on Players that could fill the defensive Midfield role in the team.
