Manchester United Reveal Antony’s Jersey Number

Manchester United have revealed the jersey number of Antony, its latest signing from Ajax Football Club.

The Red Devils made the announcement on its official website on Saturday, September 3rd, 2022 ahead of their game against Arsenal at Old Trafford.

The Manchester club made the announcement on its official website on Thursday, September 1st, 2022. According to the reports from Old Trafford, the player signed a five-year deal which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2027. Manchester United reportedly paid £85 million for the player, the highest fee that any player had been sold in the Dutch league.

Antony is known for the goals and assists he brings to the pitch whenever he is called upon on any match day. He scored 31 goals and had 27 assists to his name during his time at Ajax and Sao Paulo and two goals and two assists for the Brazilian senior national team.
