Ruben Amorim, Manchester United Manager, Announces Intent to Retain Amad Diallo

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has confirmed the club’s intention to retain Amad Diallo beyond his current contract, which expires next summer. United holds an option to extend the Ivorian winger’s deal by an additional year, but Amorim is optimistic that both parties will reach a new agreement.
“I think he wants to stay, and we want him to stay,” Amorim said during a press conference ahead of United’s Premier League clash with Arsenal. “So that is clear, and we will find a solution. I think that is one of the great advantages of Amad. He’s very good for me.”
Diallo, who has shown promise during his time at Old Trafford, is seen as a valuable asset to the team’s future. His performances have drawn attention, and securing his long-term commitment remains a priority for the club.
Despite speculation around Diallo’s future, Amorim remains calm and confident that the player will continue his development at United. The club’s focus now is on ensuring a seamless negotiation process to solidify Diallo’s place in the squad.
