Liverpool’s Strongest Xi For Chelsea Clash Featuring Salah, Chiesa, And Jota

Liverpool are optimistic about Conor Bradley’s fitness ahead of their upcoming Premier League match against Chelsea on Sunday, according to Evening Standard. Bradley, who missed last week’s 5-1 victory over Tottenham—one that secured the Premier League title for Liverpool—had been sidelined due to a knock in training.

The right-back, who has struggled with injuries this season, having made only three appearances since recovering from a hamstring injury in February, appears to be on track for a return. With Trent Alexander-Arnold fully fit and back in the starting lineup, Bradley’s recovery has progressed well, and manager Arne Slot is hopeful that the 20-year-old will be available for the match at Stamford Bridge, provided he continues to progress in training.

Though the Premier League title has already been secured, Slot is expected to rotate his squad in the final matches of the season, allowing fringe players an opportunity to stake their claim for next season. Among those eager to make a greater impact are Harvey Elliott and Federico Chiesa, who have yet to secure regular starting spots this season.

In terms of lineup, Alisson is likely to start in goal, while Kostas Tsimikas, Jarell Quansah, and Bradley will compete for defensive positions. In midfield, Wataru Endo, Elliott, and Curtis Jones could feature, while in attack, Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez are pushing for starting roles.

The only absentee for the match will be Joe Gomez, who is still recovering from hamstring surgery.

Possible Liverpool XI: Alisson; Alexander-Arnold, Konate, Van Dijk, Tsimikas; Gravenberch, Elliott, Salah, Jones, Chiesa, Jota.
