Eden Hazard Selects Best Player Between Messi and Ronaldo

The debate about who is the greatest player of all time between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi will continue for a very long time probably until when both players decide to retire from the game.

Former Real Madrid and Chelsea player, Eden Hazard is the latest person to get involved in the debate of picking who is the best between both legends. The Belgian international was speaking in an interview with L’equippe where he considered Messi a better player than Ronaldo.

He said,

“Individually, Messi is perhaps the only one. loved watching the Barcelona player, less so at the end, but he’s the greatest in history. It’s impossible to take the ball away from him. Cristiano is a bigger player than me but, in terms of pure football, I honestly don’t think so. Neymar, maybe. After that, he’s no better than me, but at Real, you’ve got the best, also in terms of their careers: [Karim] Benzema, [Luka] Modric, they were the best, [Toni] Kroos, Kevin [De Bruyne], they all exude football.”
