The 2023 vice presidential candidate under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Ifeanyi Okowa has reacted towards the support which Peter Obi received from Nigerians, especially those in the south eastern region of the country.

Ifeanyi Okowa, according to punch news stressed that they wanted the former governor of Anambra state as a means of change in the country, after they also believed in the presidency to come to the Igbos.
He however pointed out that Nigerians exercised their democratic rights, though, claimed the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC did not follow the Electoral act.
In his words…”Obidients movement is a movement that swept across the South-South and South-East. The people wanted Obi as a change. They believed it is turn of South-East.
