APC Strikes To Expel Smart Adeyemi Over complimentary Feedback

The APC leaders in Kogi State have urged the party to initiate the method of expelling Senator Smart Adeyemi from the party because of his negative remarks in regards to the party.

According to AIT live, the Ijumu APC group held a press conference in Lokoja, labeling Adeyemi’s statement in regards to the governorship main election within the state as a falsehood.

Governor Yahaya Bello supported Adeyemi in his quest to defeat Dino Melayi and win the Kogi West seat for the third time in 2019.

Smart Adeyemi’s relatives from Ijumu Local Government are now discrediting him and accusing him of consistently rewarding his supporters with wickedness. The group believes that his defeat in the recent primaries was a punishment for his poor performance in the Senate.

They are calling for an expulsion process to be initiated against him for allegedly interfering with the state’s first truly fair party primary. Despite attempts to contact him for a response, Senator Smart Adeyemi has not responded to calls.
