“Those Saying I’m No Longer Privileged Because I’m No Longer Governor Should Be Careful” –Wike Warns
In a recent interview, former governor Ezenwo Nyesom Wike of Rivers state sent a strong warning to those making some moments about his post-office life.
The former governor said, “those who are saying I am no longer privileged because I am no longer a governor should be very careful.”
He added, “those people don’t know that what matters is someone’s level of influence in one’s state and party. In my state today, they see me as someone who is very important. The kind of honour they accord me has never been accorded to those in office before me.”
Speaking further, former governor Ezenwo Nyesom Wike said, “as for my terms in office, I am very proud of myself. I am also pleased with the fact that my people were about with me.”
Lastly, former governor Ezenwo Nyesom Wike said, “those who call themselves leaders today could not prove their worth during the presidential election. As for me, I supported what will unite the country more and I have no regret about that.”
