Continue Full Reading>>> This legal battle, initially initiated by the Kogi State Government, contends that the EFCC’s operations may overstep its legal authority.Following oral arguments presented by the lawyers on Tuesday, the seven-member judicial panel, led by Justice Uwani Abba-Aji, decided to reserve judgment on the matter.
