Pope Francis Expresses Concern Over Surge in Abductions in Nigeria
Pope Francis, the global leader of the Catholic Church, has voiced concern about the increasing number of abduction incidents in Nigeria.
He expressed this on his X account on Sunday.
He wrote, “The increasingly frequent kidnappings in Nigeria are extremely concerning.
“I express my closeness in prayer to the Nigerian people, hoping that efforts will be made to contain the spread of these incidents as much as possible.”
