President of Benin, Patrice Talon invited Tinubu for the event which he attended with six Nigerian governors.
The six governors who travelled with the president are Ogun, Dapo Abiodun; Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu; Oyo, Seyi Makinde; Kwara, AbdulRahman AbdulRasaq; Kebbi, Nasir Idris, and Niger, Mohammed Umar Bago.
