Ever Since Father Alia Was Elected As Governor, Herdsmen Have Been Attacking The Leaders Of PDP — Ologbondiyan
In an interview with Arise News, Kola Ologbondiyan, the former National Public Secretary of the PDP, acknowledged the current challenges faced by the party and emphasized the importance of unity in overcoming them.
Ologbondiyan stressed the need for the PDP to strengthen itself as an opposition party and focus on building a stronger future.
He also suggested that the party’s leadership should be open to forgiving and letting go of past grievances with those who may have caused offense. However, during the televised discussion, he did not delve into the specifics of the PDP’s challenges.
In his statement, Ologbondiyan stated that the party members and leaders should focus on introspection and resolving all issues. He also discussed the potential scenario taking place in the leadership of the parliament, specifically for the House of Representatives, with Hon. Kingsley Chinda being listed as the adopted minority leader.
In his own words, “Since Father Alia was elected as Governor, there have been reports of herdsmen attacking PDP leaders, and as a result, the party is currently encountering major difficulties. This is the reality.”
