Court Grants Man Divorce After Wife Elopes
Area Court in Jos Grants Luka Istifanus Divorce Prayer Citing Wife’s Elopement
The judge, Shawomi Bokkos, gave custody of the children to the Istafanus.
Earlier, before the divorce was granted, the petitioner, told the court that they got married in 2006.
The father of four said his wife eloped from home.
He said he was at the court to seek the dissolution of the marriage to the respondent and to have custody of his children.
