Corps members will be posted to safe places – Borno NYSC coordinator
National Youth Service Corps members in Borno to be posted to safe place
Mr Nura Umar, coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Borno has said corps members will only be posted to places that are safe in the state.
He gave the assurance on Tuesday during the Passing-Out-Parade parade of the 2021 NYSC Batch B, stream 1 held in Katsina
Nura also stated that adequate arrangement has been made to ensure the safety and wellbeing of corps members in Borno as he urged them to promote peace and national integration.
The coordinator urged them to sustain discipline which they displayed during their stay in camp when they eventually get to their place of primary assignment.
He noted that the set of corps members were the best received in recent times stating that no case of indiscipline was recorded throughout their stay in camp.
Nura also urged them to stay away from drugs and other social vices against the essence of the nation service.
