BREAKING: Two-Story Building Collapses in Lagos, Causing Panic.
A two-story building collapsed early Monday morning on Amusu Street in the Orile Iganmu area of Lagos State.Videos circulating online captured the moment the structure fell, prompting nearby residents to flee for their safety.
An official from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), speaking anonymously, confirmed that there were no casualties from the incident. The official stated that the building had already been evacuated prior to its collapse.
“I can confirm that the incident occurred this morning, but thankfully there were no injuries. The evacuation was completed before the building fell,” the source said.Emergency responders were already present at the scene, according to the LASEMA representative.
