A 40-year-old Lagos man, Aloma Onunka, was on Friday docked by the police for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old girl at the Igbogbo area of Ikorodu town in the state.

Osibanjo said that Onunka committed the offence at about 4:pm at poultry street, Agunfoye in Igbogbo area of Ikorodu in Lagos.

He said that the offence contravened the provisions of Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State.

Onunka, whose address was not provided, is charged with defilement.

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs A.B Olagbegi-Adelabu, who did not take the plea of Onunka, adjourned the case until March 21, for legal advice from the office of the Lagos State Director of Public Prosecutions.
