Abdullahi to BAT: I Don’t Think I should Congratulate Him Because I Don’t Think He Won The Election

In line with the Sunday Sun, the former National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, has voiced his opinions on the president-elect.
He mentioned, he do not think he should congratulate Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the president elect, because he did not think he won the election.”
He said this while speaking with the Sunday Sun in Abuja.
In his words, “If God wanted me to be a senator at this time, I wouldn’t need to get it through the court.” I am a faithful Muslim, and I don’t think there is a need for me to do that. You asked if I had congratulated him; I will say no, I didn’t. I don’t think I should because I didn’t think he won the election.
Honestly, I think that you can’t steal from me and expect me to congratulate you. But I don’t hold any grudges against him. I don’t wish him any harm. I wish him good luck. I pray and hope that he will be able to serve our people the way they deserve to be served. But he doesn’t need my congratulations. So, I will not give it to him.
