Speed Darlington Claims Enemy Begged Lawyer to Halt Social Media Criticism Amid Legal Feud

Nigerian entertainer Speed Darlington has alleged that a rival reached out to his lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, pleading for an end to public criticisms on social media despite orchestrating his detention in violation of a court order.
Taking to social media, the outspoken artist revealed, “My enemy reached out to my lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, to beg him to stop dragging him on social media regarding the case, even though he used the police to keep me in detention despite a court order.”
Speed Darlington didn’t hold back in critiquing the Nigerian justice system, which he mockingly referred to as “Zoogeria,” describing it as riddled with inefficiencies and corruption.
Recalling his time in detention, the entertainer shed light on the harsh realities faced by inmates without financial means. He said, “Whoever doesn’t have money in prison is dead. I’m a big boy; I had feeding money in prison.”
He expressed gratitude to his lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, for navigating the complexities of what he called a “rotten” criminal justice system.
These revelations come amid an ongoing public spat with fellow artist Burna Boy, adding to the entertainer’s series of controversies.
