Sound Sultan’s dowager Farida celebrates son on birthday

Farida Fasasi, widow of musician Lanre Fasasi aka Sound Sultan has taken to social media to celebrate their first son, Mayowa on the occasion of his 11th birthday.

The mother of three in an Instagram post penned a loving message to her son, while eulogizing the beautiful memories they shared over the years.

She wrote: “Fasasi Aladin mayowa . May you create beautiful memories you’ll be proud of in years to come and make great marks each day of this year. Happy 11th birthday, my baby we love you so much and may Allah continue to guide you 🙏🙏🙏”

Mayowa’s dad, Sound Sultan died on Sunday, July 11 2021 of a rare cancer type, Angioimmunoblastic T- Cell Lymphoma in the United States of America.

He was buried a few hours later, according to Muslim’s rites.
