Singer Just Adetoun Explains Why Her Dad Took Her to T.B. Joshua at a Young Age

Controversial activist, entrepreneur, and singer, Adetoun Onajobi, widely recognized as Just Adetoun, reveals that her father introduced her to the Synagogue Church of All Nations, led by the late Prophet T.B. Joshua, in her youth due to her ‘spiritual inclination.’

In an interview with Saturday Beats, she reminisced,

 “I lived there (SCOAN) as a youth. My father took me to Prophet Joshua, because of my spiritual inclination. My father thought they would understand me better. My mum was a member of the Deeper Life Christian Ministry, but I was born into a Methodist church.”

Reflecting on her spiritual journey, she revealed being a born-again Christian for over three decades, expressing surprise at the passage of time since she committed her life to God.

“Shockingly I just recalled that I have been born again for over 30 years. People might say really, how does a born again look like, but we define, God does not define.”
