Ini Edo Mourns the Loss of Her Father, Calls Him Her “Greatest Cheerleader”
Nollywood actress Ini Edo has shared the heartbreaking news of her father’s passing. She took to Instagram to express her grief, posting a photo of him alongside an emotional tribute.
Describing him as her “greatest cheerleader” and “first love,” Ini Edo revealed how deeply his loss has affected her, admitting that writing about it was incredibly difficult.
She wrote:
“This post has been the hardest to make.
I have lost my greatest cheerleader.
My Beloved Father, My First Love. The Heavens have gained an Angel.
You will forever remain in my heart. Rest on King.”
Following her announcement, fellow celebrities and fans flooded her comment section with condolences and words of support.
Judy Austin wrote, “May his gentle soul rest in peace, so sorry darling.”
Jackie Appiah added, “My heartfelt condolences on your loss. May he rest in peace.”
