Eniola Badmus Condemns Death Wishes by Influencer, Urges Unity

Nollywood actress and political aide Eniola Badmus has strongly criticized the use of social media platforms to spread death wishes, calling the act “inhumane.” v
In a statement posted on her Instagram page, Badmus expressed concern over what she described as a troubling trend among influencers using their platforms to incite hatred and violence.
“It’s truly disheartening to see a social media influencer use their platform to wish death on anyone at all,” she wrote. “No matter your political views, we must never let hate override our humanity.”
Badmus currently serves as the Special Assistant to the Speaker of the House of Representatives on Social Events and Public Hearing.
She emphasized the importance of dialogue and national unity in addressing Nigeria’s challenges: “As Nigerians, we are better than this. Let’s choose decency over division.”
Badmus urged the public to promote peace and reject hate speech in all forms.
