Davido jokes about retiring from music, but he’s serious about his career

Nigerian music sensation, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, says he plans to retire from the music industry before he turns sour.
He stated this in an interview posted on social media.
The ‘Unavailable’ crooner admitted that he is scared of losing the hype that comes with performing on stage, hence the reason why he’d retire.
His words: “The only thing I’m really scared of is that moment when people cry and go crazy when I get on stage. But it’s going to get to a point where it’s going to start slowing down in my career; everybody goes through it.
“I never want to get there. I always make a joke when talking with my friends; I’m going to retire before I turn sour.”
