Bella Shmurda Explains Why a Collaboration with Portable Isn’t Likely
Nigerian music star Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi, popularly known as Bella Shmurda, has opened up about why he’s not interested in collaborating with fellow artist Portable.
Speaking during an interview on Curiosity Made Me Ask, Bella was asked about the possibility of working with Portable, who is known for his energetic and controversial style.
While expressing no personal animosity, Bella explained that their musical styles simply don’t align.
“Portable is good. He is a good man in his own way,” Bella said. “But I don’t see the connection in making music with him. I also don’t like wahala.”
With that statement, Bella made it clear that while he respects Portable as an artist, he prefers to steer clear of unnecessary drama and only collaborates where he sees a creative synergy.
