2Baba’s Wife, Natasha Osawaru, Wins Best Legislator Award

Edo State lawmaker Hon. Natasha Osawaru, who represents Egor Constituency in the State House of Assembly, has been named Best Legislator at the 2025 National Leadership Awards in Abuja.

The award ceremony, held at the Nigerian Merit House, Maitama, recognized Osawaru for her contributions to women’s empowerment, education, healthcare, and youth development.

Sharing her reaction on Instagram, Osawaru said:

“I am deeply honoured to receive the Best Legislator Award at the 2025 National Leadership Awards. This recognition is for the people of Egor Constituency, Edo State, whose trust drives my commitment to women empowerment, education, healthcare, and youth development. Together, we rise!”

Osawaru, who recently married Nigerian music icon 2Baba, received commendations from colleagues and stakeholders present at the event.
