‘I Wasn’t Given N100 Million,’ Phyna Says as She Raises Concerns Over BBNaija Prize

Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner Phyna has alleged that she has not received the full monetary prize announced for her victory on the reality TV show.

Speaking during a recent livestream, the reality TV star said the organisers of Big Brother Naija are yet to pay her the N100 million prize associated with winning the 2022 edition of the show. She noted that she has raised the issue publicly since 2024 without resolution.

Phyna stated that the delay has affected both her personal life and career, adding that she has often hesitated to speak out due to fear of public backlash and bullying.

“First of all, them no give me N100M. When I dey cry online, una talk say I dey lie. When I dey cry say dem dey owe me, una talk anything?” she said during the livestream.

As of the time of filing this report, the organisers of Big Brother Naija have not issued an official response to Phyna’s claims.
