Tacha to Attempt Guinness World Record at Beauty Festival

Media personality and reality TV star Anita Natacha Akide, better known as Tacha, has revealed plans to break a Guinness World Record during a three-day beauty festival.

In a post on Instagram, she announced that the event will run from October 10 to 12, 2025, and will feature her attempt to set the record for the most makeovers completed in 24 hours.

“My Dear Nigerians!!!. I’m putting together the BIGGEST 3 Days Beauty festival and A Guinness World Record attempt for the most numbers of makeovers in 24 hours!!!. As we attempt to make history with the Guinness World Record for the most makeovers in 24 hours, we’re also spotlighting Nigeria’s booming beauty industry and its potential as a driver of economic growth and global influence,” she wrote.

Tacha also encouraged beauty professionals and enthusiasts to take part in the event.

“This is a 3 days round the clock experience for all beauty enthusiasts in makeup, fashion, skincare, wellness, hair and others as we explore through trainings, empowerment workshops, business hacks. exhibitions and networking. Let’s shape something extraordinary together!!!,” she added.
