Favour Ofili hits women’s 200m final in Paris Olympics

Nigerian athlete Favour Ofili has advanced to the women’s 200m final at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

The 21-year-old secured second place in her semi-final race, finishing behind 100m champion Julien Alfred.

Ofili did not compete in the 100m event due to the Nigerian Olympic Committee’s reported oversight in entering her for the race.
