He reminded his congregation that righteousness was a prerequisite to receiving any blessing from God, and he warned that a believer might be wasting his time, if he engages in numerous acts of service to God, but doesn’t live a righteous life.

“Some believers can be running around for years without seeing any rewards. Check your life. Are you fit for service,” he said.

He then made the congregation to read Isaiah 52:11, where God was warning his people to depart and not to touch any unclean thing.

He ended by leading his congregation in prayers, asking God to keep them fit for service.
