2023 Election: Daniel Bwala – The Votes Wike Credited to Tinubu were Allegedly Stolen from Peter Obi

Barrister Daniel Bwala, the spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party presidential campaign council, has called out President-Elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appreciating Governor Nyesom Wike for contributing to his victory in the previously held elections. Bwala argued that the Votes allocated to Tinubu in Rivers State were taken from Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate.

Recall that Bola Tinubu was in Port-Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, to commission newly-completed projects by the state government. And during his speech, the president-elect expressed his gratitude to Governor Wike for playing a great role in ensuring his victory.

While reacting to the statement, Barrister Daniel Bwala took to his Twitter page and wrote:

 “Tinubu congratulated Wike for contributing to his elections (selection) victory. Meanwhile the votes Wike credited to him were allegedly stolen from Peter Obi’s Labour as shown on IREV. Can a soup made of a stolen chicken-curry make a delicious cocktail?”
